Many of our products are made to order or customised.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Kinmel Campers Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
4.2 Order Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details are correct, including vehicle model, specifications, colours, finishes, and options selected.
We cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of ordering.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected

6. Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Many of our products are manufactured specifically to customer specifications.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom or made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once production has begun.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- The product is being produced specifically for you
- Changes or cancellations may not be possible once work has started

7. Lead Times & Availability
Any lead times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, production scheduling, or external factors beyond our control.
We will always aim to keep customers informed where delays arise.
8. Delivery & Collection
8.1 Delivery
Where delivery is arranged, items will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery charges may apply.
8.2 Collection
Items collected from our premises must be inspected at the time of collection. Once collected, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
9. Installation & Workshop Services
Where fitting or installation services are provided:
- Vehicles must be delivered to us in a suitable condition for the agreed work
- Labour and fitting charges are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Any additional work identified during installation will be discussed and agreed before proceeding
We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues or faults unrelated to our work.
10. Product Use & Liability
Our products are intended for campervan use only and must be installed and used in accordance with their intended purpose.
Kinmel Campers Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Incorrect installation by third parties
- Modifications made after supply
- Damage caused by misuse or improper fitting
- Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
